is to create a "Clean and Simple" card... aka: "CAS"...
You can call it "simple" all you want,
it does NOT mean it is "EASY"!!
I can think of all kinds of little doodles and doo-dads
that would have made this card feel a little more "complete",
but overall, I think it's still pretty cute!
I colored the little chick digitally with Paint.net so all three would look the same,
then cut little circles with
MY NEW E-clips!!
Yep, I finally decided... after flip-flopping for weeks between the E-clips and the Cameo,
I decided to take the plunge and got the E-clips and
I am SO happy with my decision!!
Here's the real kicker: I ordered it on a Wednesday... by Friday, I had not received any shipping info other than a generic order confirmation from Paypal, so I contacted "
Autumn Creative"... aka:
SVGCuts.com... by email, to inquire about my order... Saturday afternoon, around 3pm, my home phone rang and the caller ID said "
Leo Kowal"... YEP! He called me, live in person, at home, on a Saturday!!!
We had a little chat about my order and he answered some questions I had about the new machine. We compared notes I had gathered in my research about the Cameo and E-clips and I am now
100% confident I made the right choice!!! I have never, ever seen THAT level of customer service from ANY other company!!!
My "other" cutting machine "who shall not be named" still has a place in my heart, because it is the reason I have met all my crafty friends in the first place... what an AMAZING Christmas gift it turned out to be... it opened up a whole new world to me!! It still makes me a little sad that things could not have worked out better between the third party software companies and Provocraft, but it is time to move on...
every day, we post a new JUST FOR FUN challenge to inspire our members to try something new!
If you haven't been over to TCC lately,
you're really missing out on lots of good times!!
I did a quick run thru the listing at Feline Playful
and found FOUR challenges this week for
"Things with Wings",
so I'm going to enter little little cutie in each of them:
