The challenge is "What's Cookin'"?

This challenge made me think of my Grandma

who is getting a little older now (she's almost 90)

and my mom has passed down some of her favorite recipes!

When we moved, I found all these little slips of paper

with recipes jotted down on them.

In order to preserve them for the future generations,

I decided to make a notebook for them!

It looks fabulous in my head, but didn't turn out

quite the way I had envisioned...

But now I have a place for Grammy's recipes

and I'm happy!

I inherited all of my Nana's cookbooks and I treasure all the notes she jotted in them. There is even a VERY vintage red and white checkered Better Homes & Gardens cookbook from my great-grandmother!
